Todd Hughes

Todd serves as the founder of ManJourney, a faith-based connection initiative, dedicated to fostering the spiritual growth of men. Under Todd’s leadership, ManJourney continues to expand its reach by partnering with like-minded people committed to the Great Commission—especially those focused on serving marginalized and vulnerable populations locally and globally.

With decades of leadership experience in the private sector, and in nonprofit, and sport ministry contexts, Todd has held various executive board positions across organizations focused on development, education, outreach, and community renewal. Beyond his private sector career, he previously served as the Executive Director of SCORE, a community-based initiative focusing on re establishment. His board service includes leadership roles with Advance Global Coaching, The Shack Attack, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Skipstone Academy, and Griffin Area Students. Todd also served 10 seasons as the Team Chaplin for the mighty Griffin Bears HS football program.

Todd received his Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, where he concentrated on Life Coaching, Discipleship and Evangelism, Human Services Counseling, and Sports Ministry. His leadership philosophy is grounded in servanthood, relational discipleship, and a deep, personal commitment to following God’s call to love people.

Outside of his professional and ministry responsibilities, Todd’s greatest passion is his family, especially with a newly minted title of "granddaddy". Todd resides in Sarasota, Fl, with his beautiful wife, Patty,  In his free time, he enjoys reading, learning, watching college football, traveling, and spending time engaging in challenging outdoor sporting events. He proudly considers himself to be one of the worst triathletes in the world!
