Journey through the years

Route 66

A three week journey exploring the Iconic roads, towns, and people that define "Americas Mother Road", Route 66!. On his Harley Davidson, and with the support of long time friends, Todd set out on this epic adventure that has produced countless memories and life long connections. From Chicago to Santa Monica and the 2200+ miles in between, we witnessed first hand what devine appointments meant and how God will use them for His purpose.

Fan for a Day

3 High School football coaches, one student athlete, 35 years seperated, set out together to visit the Iconic venue, Notre Dame Stadium. What better place to reunite and fellowship together, telling stories of the past, and making new ones that will forever be etched in our personal history. We tailgated, laughed, made new friends, and shared God's goodness as we watched The Fighting Irish defeat the Trojans of USC. We all left realizing that community is the tie that binds.

Riding the Rails

All aboard, 52 hours of the Zapphire Amtrak Train. This adventure traveled all the way across America's heartland to the shores of the San Francisco Bay. Cramped quarters, stunning views, prevailing moments, and world travelers made this trip an unbelievable experience. Connection was the theme. The Lord used this experience to help me see people and connection as a catalyst to his continued grace and mercy.

Just Tri'n

20 weeks of training, countless hours of learning a sport that has very little forgiveness of talent. 62 degree water temps, 2,000 competitors, beautiful San Diego, California, and 50 years of Triathlon history. What could go wrong? It was an amazing experience to meet the founder of what we know today as Triathlon. Don Shanahan and several of the early day athletes were on hand for this momentous occasion. We celebrated and raced like it was the last event on earth. So many lessons were taken spiritually from this race. Remain prepared for the unexpected, allow God to show up at the perfect time, learn from those that come before you, and appreciate days that may turn into lifetime hobbies!
