Outside of the philosophical mindset of ManJourney, the birth and heart of our ministry is to invest in and serve with ministry partners that touch on our common core of servanthood initiatives.
Men's ministries, educational scholarship investments, discipleship development, crisis intervention needs, local church programing/planting initiatives, community outreach projects, missionary endeavors, scripture based mental health solutions, fundamental re-establishment programing, and resource provision.
All of these are our external efforts, and are what drivs our motive. As sojourners, and as those of us seeking opportunity and freedom from the shackled chains of this world, we believe that God's grace can used to release them. It's rooted In that truth, we believe that by focusing on foundational pillars, that all people can find and fulfil Gods' purpose for their lives.
DISCIPLESHIP (Why)
Discipleship is the essence of any ministry. It is the gateway for emotional healing, personal reestablishment, spiritual growth, learning to live in an abiding relationship with Christ, and then building emotional and spiritual maturity to disciple others.
ENCOURAGEMENT (How)
Encouragement recognizes that life is challenging. It establishes that all need each other to love, forgive, uplift, and support. Through resources, understanding, and counsel, we strengthen one another.
CONNECTION (What)
Connection reminds us that we are not alone. It fosters brotherhood, belonging, shared purpose, and opportunities to serve together.
ACTION
Action means realizing, establishing, investing and mobilizing our purpose of servanthood so that others may be blessed and discover life as God intended.
FELLOWSHIP
Fellowship is the gathering of minds and hearts centered on God’s purpose, as we share and grow through each other’s journeys.
INTENTIONALITY
Intentionality guides us toward effective outcomes. Specificity in our actions enables a deeper, more purposeful relationship with Christ.
PURPOSE
Purpose is understanding that God created us in His image for His glory—not our own. It motivates us to live true to our calling as servants and leaders
